US: Kylie wins first Grammy

KYLIE MINOGUE has won her first big award in the United States, receiving the Grammy
for Best Dance song.

MINOGUE'S Come Into My World beat CHER, MADONNA, GROOVE ARMADA and TELEPOPMUSIK for
the American music industry's most prestigious awards.

The win was announced during the Grammys presentations in Los Angeles today.

MINOGUE says the award is incredibly special and she is thrilled to be receive it.

It is MINOGUE'S first major American award, despite years of success in Australia,
the UK and Europe.

The songstress wore a dress designed by MARTINE SITBON with diamond jewellery by Vintage
Bvalgari.

MINOGUE has been in the US promoting her latest album Body Language.
